Hi Unicorn!

Welcome back!

Go get 44 lbs. of weights, sacks of flour, cans of food...whatever...and put them in a box or backpack. Carry this around your house for awhile, but DON'T put it down right away. Then put it down and walk around your house for awhile and feel how light you feel and how H-A-P-P-Y you feel NOT having to carry around that 44 pounds!

I do this often to show myself how far I have come and to get myself out of a funk. I think too many times we think about how far we have to go and forget how far we have actually already come!

Congratulations on that 44 pounds lost! Go, girl on your way to your NEXT amount of weight lost!

Cheryl

Hey! Good to see you again! Time to get back to it - you've taken your break and so now its time to get back to work. You can totally do it, infact, you've done it before. So remember whats worked for you in the past and get back to it. We have a little christmas challege ("bye bye christmas weight") over in support forum under Chicks Up for a Challenge - pop in!
