Default Scale hasn't moved

My scale has not moved this week. Of course I also didn't get to workout this week cuz I got hurt earlier this week. But now I can go work out again. But that will have to be after Christmas. That stinks. I will just have to be really careful over the next few days with what I stick in my mouth. I can do that. I can do this right, right.

Absolutely! Worst time of year for it, of course. But you can. Sometimes the scale doesn't move in a week. Sometimes longer than that. But it WILL move, as long as you stay within your program limits and can add back exercise.
