Dr. A. has said in the past that he was not exactly thrilled with the production of South Beach Diet products that appeared on the shelves years ago, as they were highly processed and went against his original research and and advice for his patients. I think very few 'food' products on the shelves today are as highly processed as Nutrisystem foods. This could be interesting.

I ate some of the SB diet foods years ago. They were very delicious and I loved it and lost weight. This will be very interesting! Thanks for posting!
