Finished watching it or rather listening, good stuff. Interesting point about the 4 things scales measure and only one being bad having more. Bone, muscle, 'good' fat all good, just bad internal fat. I must have had a ton of that.
I am much stronger now so I haven't lost muscle. Would not surprise me if I lost some bone and organs smaller now?
Also good point about waist size. I finally got to a 40 and those are getting loose. I was barely able to fit in 46s last May. Had some 48s. So fingers crossed I've staved off metabolic syndrome.
