I especially like the 10 "rules" towards the end of the article. I truly believe that is the way to go.

Let me highlight Rule #2: "go into each week with a plan of attack. Shop with grocery lists and prep your foods in advance for the entire week." was and still is crucial for me. If I am not prepared I won't make it through the week. We are all busy and fast food is too readily available.
While all rules are important, I think Rule #3 where it says: "Don’t be so rigid that one bite of cake causes so much guilt it turns into an entire cake." is key to staying with the plan. Don't beat yourself up if you have a treat or slip!

Well, at least for me those rules are what I go by and it definitely did work for me!
