I have already heard most of this, but I still thought it was interesting and easy reading. I thought someone else might gain something from it as well.
I liked it too. I read a lot about weight loss and exercise, just as I'm quite sure most of us do, but this article put everything I've been reading and hearing together and coherently.
I especially like the part about how you can lose weight eating junk, if you count calories, but that you will most likely lose weight faster with nutrient-rich foods. I like the way it's explained. Especially after the article about the teacher on the "Twinkie Diet" losing weight.
