Plastic Linked to Fat?

I believe it.

In one of my psychology classes last year, the topic of mice, plastic, and ambiguous genitalia was brought up. Basically mice who'd been given a good-sized dose of BPA and other chemicals found in every day plastic started to have some pretty significant sex changes; females growing testis and the like.

Since then, I choose glass bottled drinks from the gas station!

The BPA thing is a little scary because it also lines almost all canned goods, I think. I'll have to look into that again.
