Macaroni Grill's Pollo Magro was kind of an eye opener.

WHA???

I can not believe that. I definitely will have to reconsider the things I order when I go out, and how I incorporate those trips into my daily calorie counts.

Just reinforces my belief for myself that eating out should be a rare and special occassion. Not an every couple days experience.

I've kind of always had this nagging intuition about that being possible , looks like I was right! ...

The thing I find most surprising is that some things actually tested lower than the published amount. :dizzy:

they should have listed the sodium content too. I also find after I've eaten out that I retain a lot of water so I'm sure they also load those things with salt too.
