i'm on day 2! and i ate half of what i normally would eat.
i was really craving fried egg and toast last night. and so i thought okay tommorow that's what i'm going to eat!
usually i would eat at least 3 toasts with 2 fried eggs. and i was really hungry too.
but i made 1 fried egg and 2 toast and said to myself to eat slowly. if im still hungry will make another egg.
well i ate slowly, made sure i chewed it completely. savouring and tasting all the different flavours. and i ended up eating only 1 and half toast and 1 egg. and i felt SATISFIED. didn't want the 2nd egg!

i've now printed the golden rules up and the hunger scale and stuck them on my fridge.
Paul Mckenna's golden rules:
stay within the scale of 3-7
HUNGER SCALE
1 PHYSICALLY FAINT
2 RAVENOUS
3 FAIRLY HUNGRY
4 SLIGHTLY HUNGRY
5 NEUTRAL
6 SATISFIED
7 FULL
8 STUFFED
9 BLOATED
10 NAUSEOUS

Are you sure you are hungry? Drink a glass of water to check
4 GOLDEN RULES
1. When You Are Hungry, Eat
2. Eat What You Want, Not What You Think You Should
3. Eat Consciously And Enjoy Every Mouthful (eat SLOWLY, no T.V)
4. When You Think You Are Full, Stop Eating
i'm kinda implementing eating healthy and the golden rules.
