you eat, but how much.
Which is true. I mean, you can eat candy and pizza every day if you wanted to, as long as you stayed within your calorie range.

and how much.
Yes, I'm a calorie counter and I weigh and measure just about everything I eat. And I'll probably have to do that for the rest of my lift. But WHAT I eat is as important to me as how much. I want my calories to be healthy calories. So I eat plenty of veggies, lean meats and whole grains. Sure I have pizza occasionally and things I wouldn't normally eat on a daily basis. I'm in this for life, I want to eat my favorite foods now and then and I refuse to deprive myself. But 90% of the time I eat healthy. And I LOVE eating healthy! It not only makes me feel good physically, but mentally as well
