Hi all! I am not 'veggie challanged'...in fact I LOVE veggies (well...NOT celery). I just wanted to hop in here and recommend something that I hope will help.
Try sprinkling your warm (however you cook them up) veggies with a bit of shredded Parmesan, Romano, & Asiago cheese. Kraft sells this mixture in a shaker container. A serving size is 1/4 cup for 110 cals, but it doesn't take that much at all to put a really great flavor in your veggies...just a couple TBSP. These cheeses add a nice almost nutty flavor to a warm veggie. MMMMM!!!
