Corn!
I hate hate hate corn. If it's in anything I eat, said meal goes into the disposal. I guess I didn't even like it as a baby.

Other than that...I love all veggies. Although I prefer to eat carrots well cooked.

...And I've eated a raw pepper like it was an apple before...good stuff. Though it gives me wicked heartburn.

And I HATE raw peppers and even lightly cooked peppers. I can only eat them if they're very well cooked and soft. One of the most disgusting things food-related things I've ever seen was this girl waking down the street eating a raw green pepper like it were an apple. It was GROSSSSSS!
that's how i eat my green bell peppers yum.

i also eat cucumbers like they were bananas. just old em in me hand and bite down.

This seems like a right of passage, so here goes.

Cauliflower, okra...and that's it.

The cauliflower thing is mainly because SO won't eat it. At all. Bad experience in childhood. I've tried and like almost all other veggies.

As for non-veggies, I love tomatoes, rhubarb, and mushrooms. Morel mushrooms breaded and fried in butter is a guilty pleasure that I haven't had for years and, at least right now, have to stay away from. Trust me...the $15 per pound price tag every spring that the people who go out and hunt them charge seems small in comparison to the taste I get from those things...mmm.

I hate raw beetroot and brussels sprouts.

On this veggie hating subject - I have a friend who LOVES brussel sprouts! The chick could SERIOUSLY eat them raw! Bleeeeeeeeeh.

Most veggies I like, but BS...... *barf* lol

Mushrooms.
I've gotten over most of my veggies fears. I'll even eat peas (sometimes)...and I know mushroom isn't REALLY a veggie. But I STILL will NOT eat them. >.<

I'm not a big veggie eater. It would be easeir to say what I would eat:

corn
peas
green beans
broccoli
mushrooms
zuchini
lettuce
spinach (but only raw leaf)

That's it!

I gotta say, I LOVE all veggies. I haven't tried one that I didn't like. But I can't say that I'll never find one since I haven't tried everything (i.e. okra - I have no idea how to cook that being 1) Polish 2) a Northerner).

As a tip for all those that hate cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) if you're willing to try them again the old Polish standby is to lightly steam them (overcooking them makes them bitter) and serve them ala Polonaise. Take some butter [bad, I know, but it's not too much] melt in a small pan and add enough bread crumbs to absorb the butter. Gently brown the mixture, season with salt and sprinkle over the offensive veggie to serve. Works every time!

**EDIT: I lied, I HATE celery. The strings, the smell, the taste, ick! No amount of peanut butter or any other sort of sauce could make it palatable.
