Turnip greens. Really any sort of dark, leafy green. The smell horrible while they're cooking and they taste even worse.

Red Onions....
I can't even eat food that has touched red onions. I can't stand the smell or taste of them. I can safely say that I am willing to eat ANY other kind of vegetable (which is saying a lot for me) if I can avoid red onions. BLEH!!!

UGH agreed with phantastica, I hate beets too! And I love most fruits and veggies... but beets... yuk.
And I just can't get over the texture of raw cauliflower... it just crumbles in my mouth and I hate it. I love it cooked though, with rosemary pepper and lemon juice, but NOT MASHED eww.

I don't like mushrooms, but will eat them if they're tiny. I love broccoli cooked, but hate it raw. I don't like tomatoes, but love tomato based things (pasta sauce, soup etc) and sun dried tomatoes. Beets are my favourite, but I will eat them. Green pepper's are a no go, but all other peppers are ok.
The only 3 three things I will not eat, and I mean will not eat are: cilantro, mint and grapefruit! Hate all three of them.

Carrots for me..I am okay with them if they are cooked in a dish, but by themselves (YUCK)
Also cauliflower by itself is gross to me..but it's okay if it's mashed and has seasonings in it..
Lastly are peas..I blame it entirely on my mother who made me eat peas all the time when I was a kid.

I hate beets, celery, and a variety of other veggies. The exceptions to the ones I hate would be cucumbers (I love pickles), carrots (love em in soups & stews), tomatoes (love em in any form except raw, including fried green), raw mushrooms (LOVE the canned or jarred ones)...I'm sure there's others that I can't recall right now, lol! Oh wait - cauliflower...I can eat it, but it has to have cheese sauce, which is a no no. I also can tolerate broccoli, but chop it up and drown it in vinegar, just like I do any greens I might eat - makes it taste pretty much like greens, actually. Gotta trick yourself sometimes, lol!
It seems that the veggies I DO love are considered no no's - corn, potatoes, beans...to me, better some veggies than none at all...right?? You might not agree, but I can't help what I like, haha!! Keep fighting the good fight...

the worst veggie is....
Lima Beans
They're so awful they shouldn't even be called a bean. I love every other bean (have some pintos in the crockpot right now), but the lima's texture puts me off.

I can't stand spinich, cooked or raw. Ew!! Can't convince myself to eat cucumbers, but I love pickles! Green bell peppers too, I pick them out of everything. I like the red/yellow ones though.
I'd like to try a lot of the ones listed, I don't even know what a rutabega looks like! lol
The only veggie I learned to like was the green bean. I remember being little and wanting a tv dinner for the sticker or something or other inside the box, but the meal had the dreaded green bean :K Mom told me if I got that one I HAD to eat the beans. I remember crying and pouring my kool aid on them to try and gag them down-lol
