Can't stand beets! Asparagus, canned, it's horrible, but cooked fresh the right way, I'll somewhat tolerate it but dang it, if I can choose something else, I will!
Oh, and being a Southern Gal...I seriously gag if I even smell boiled cabbage or mustard/turnip/collard greens! I like raw cabbage just fine though.

I see a lot of veggies, that are not available around here, so I have not tried them, so I cant' say about that.
But I can say, I love veggies, except for parsnips.
I like aspargus, shrooms, brussel sprouts, cabbage, green and yellow beans, peas, raddishes, corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, okra, cukes, zukes, celery, onion, pepper, carrots, jicama, spinach, garlic, kohlrabi, and so on.
I HATE ASPARAGUS!!! I'll eat it drenched with salt, oil, and waaay overcooked, but in my opinion, this is expression of my deep hatred for the vegetable. I also do not enjoy green beans unless they come out of a can
The number one veggie I still HATE: summer (yellow) squash!! Hated it since childhood, still do. Have tried it over and over with no results. This pretty much includes zucchini! I have made a soup with butternut squash for the fall and it was pretty good!
