In my first attempt to create a solid nutritional plan for myself as something to
do as an alternative to just going straight out Atkins I have been trying to find
vegetables that will work. My hinderance at the moment is that I currently take Coumadin daily and have to keep a close eye on my K intake and in the past the had kept me away from all the vegetables I would normally horde.
Would anyone had any ideas to what people who have issues with K can do
to still keep a good amount of vegetables or vegetables recipes in their food
