Default tempeh

i've had tempeh at restaurants before, but i'm getting ready to cook with it for the first time-- i was just planning to either marinate and bake it like tofu (to use in salads) or stick it in a veggie stir-fry. my standard marinade for both is a pb/sirracha/tamari/sesame oil/molassas/rice wine vinegar mix--

anyone have any other ideas or ways to use tempeh?

This thread is kinda old but I just happened upon it so I'll respond

I have an excellent recipe for a mock-chicken salad using tempeh. Basically you just boil the tempeh and then add like mayo (or soy mayo if you're vegan), mustard, chopped pickle, onions and the like.

If you're vegan, have you ever read the "How It All Vegan" series of cookbooks? They were like a bible to me when I was vegan. You might wanna check em out.
