This was what I made for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I sauteed broccoli, yellow squash, and cubed tofu together in olive oil and my own concoction of a soy ginger sauce sweetened with a little agave syrup. I added in some noodles and there you have it! Instant dinner! I topped it with a little bit of sesame seeds and shredded coconut. YUM!!!
