I saw this today in my Guideposts magazine...look pretty easy and good...maple syrup?...humm...might be ok...

The cinnamon throws me more than the maple syrup does. At least it would be easy to modify - use a whole jalapeno, no added salt, all lime juice instead of a mix of lemon and lime, and some chipotle powder. That's a wrap I could eat! Come to think of it, that's a wrap I DO eat, about once a week!

Sounds good! I think maple syrup could add a nice dimension to a dish like that, but just 1/4 teaspoon? Is it going to have any effect at all?
