We make tofuna salad using frozen, then thawed tofu. I don't remember the recipe exactly (kind of a running joke because I've only been making this for 15 years.) If you're interested, the recipe should be available at VegWeb (add a .com)

Our favorite use is for "tofuna" casserole - omitting the yogurt or mayo and celery and mixing with sea shell pasta and mushroom soup.

I never loved fish but I miss tuna incredibly, I've been complaining for a while now that some company need to make an alternative. I dont think I have all the ingredients but I'm definitely going to grab them and try it out. Thanks for posting

Spoz,

I think someone else said it but if you really miss the tuna flavor, I'd definitely look into adding shredded nori or other sea vegetables to the salad.
