I guess I overlooked it before, but wow...this is great! I am glad there's a board on this site like this!
I cooked the most amazing dinner tonight, and I wanted to share it with you all in case you want to try it, or maybe you already have and it's just new to me. But, anyway.
I sautéed a red pepper, and onion in a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. Boiled some squash. Cooked a bag of veggie steak strips from morningstar farms brand in a bit of extra virgin olive oil. After those were done I added it into the red pepper and onion. Seasoned it with ground red pepper & garlic, and let it cook a few more minutes..and cooked some brown rice. It was SO delicious!!
I have been doing the vegetarian eating lifestyle on and off, and I am starting it back up again. When I did it before for a couple of months I got down to 187 lbs, and I felt REAL good about myself.
If anyone has any good recipes to fix with morningstar farms, or tofu...post it here so I can try it!
