I'm doing a plant based one meal a day plan. I just eat all my calories at my evening meal. It's just so easy...no counting, less planning, less money spent on food, less food preparation (I don't enjoy cooking), less clean up, etc., and I feet great. I lost about 15 lbs. last spring but then started eating more often and while I haven't weighed myself since October, I know I've put weight back on. I started again yesterday and plan to continue because of all the benefits. Let's support each other. What plan are you following?
