Anyone want to be a weightloss buddy? It would be nice to talk to someone who is trying to lose weight and continue this lifestyle.

I'm doing a plant based one meal a day plan. I just eat all my calories at my evening meal. It's just so easy...no counting, less planning, less money spent on food, less food preparation (I don't enjoy cooking), less clean up, etc., and I feet great. I lost about 15 lbs. last spring but then started eating more often and while I haven't weighed myself since October, I know I've put weight back on. I started again yesterday and plan to continue because of all the benefits. Let's support each other. What plan are you following?

Hey Sunshine. I'm doing a moderate carb vegan plan. Are you doing intermittent fasting? I plan to do 1 day a week on Sunday.

Did you find a buddy? I have 70 more lbs to lose and am following a whole foods plant-based diet.
