I used all the processed food, ate all my meat, except one can of tuna, and filled my fridge with fruits and veggies. We have nothing but fresh foods, veggies, beans, and whole grains.
Since Thursday Ihave lost 6 lbs
I feel so much better. I have more energy, I am more focused, and I feel like this is it for me. I am ready to make this lifestyle change.
