Default Veggie Teams Challenge- Week 8

Week 7 of our Challenge is over and here are the results:

Team 2 had the highest pounds lost with a total of 9.7 lbs!!! Collectively, Team 2 lost 1.1 % of their body weight. Congratulations Team 2!

Collectively, Team 1 lost 3.5 lbs and 0.6 % body weight. Well done!

Kailpea had the biggest loss with a drop of 5 lbs and 2.4 % of her body weight, bringing her oh-so-close to Onederland. Congratulations kailpea- keep up the good work!

Here's to a fresh slate this week, as we enter a new month. March on ladies!

I feel I'm back on track after a few weeks of just eating freely and not exercising. My cupboards are basically restocked with dishes and food since painting them so I feel more in control of cooking now that I have my equipment back in place (or at least where I can get at it). And most of the hard work is done so I'm not as tired so I'm back on the bike. Hopefully, this week will be better than the last two.

I'm still having an awful time not eating at night. If I don't start I'm OK, but if I have one mouthful I'm like a maniac. I just eat everything in sight and if it's not in sight I'll go through the cupboard and frig and find something even if it's salad croutons. If I'm stressed it's worse. When I exercise it's not so bad because I don't want to lose the benefits of working out.

OK, that's off my mind.

I am at 186 AND this means I have lost 100 lbs since I started in June!!!

I'm at 205.8. Up from last week. I blame all the eating out I've been doing. I've got to stop this!

245.5.... I lost 6 pounds?!??! That can't be right! But it is, so I'll take it I guess! Yay me, lol.

73.5 lbs. Down a pound but not back to where I was a few weeks ago, but I'm on the downward slope again.
