Hi all, I just lost a bunch of weight doing Ideal Protein, and completed a fast at the end to cleanse my body of all the toxins I know I ate while on that plan.
I just watched "Forks over Knives", "food, inc." and "fat, sick and nearly dead."
I'm juicing alot, and trying REALLY hard to learn to cook vegan...THIS TIME so we can all stick to it. I have been here before, but got so bored and burnt out trying to eat tofu and salad I could cry. I now am armed with more info, 2 good cookbooks, and I dearly hope friends here to help me along the way.
This is what I want, for my self, my family, and the earth.
