I tred to eat 1 or more raw meals a day plus 1-2 raw days a week, but I don't have much time for that anymore now that I work after school most the time,
but I'm hopeing to go more raw when I'm older, but I don't think I'll ever be able to give up sauteed, roasted, and baked veggies, or baking... :|
I do have to say that it's a little hard in the beginning but I am on day 4 and already seeing and feeling so many benefits. My skin looks and feels so much better. My husband commented last night that my skin looks much healthier and I am "glowing" lol.. and weight is coming off for sure.
I don't think it's for everyone though.. to each his own!
Congrats!!! I read 80/10/10 last year and it changed my life. I started working for Whole Foods in March though, and the vegan goods became too tempting . I plan on becoming lfrv again though. The benefits were endless. Have you been to 30BaD?
