Cheese on pizza was the one thing I thought I would have a really hard time with when I went vegan, and I'm a bit ashamed to say the very last thing I held on to even when pretty much the rest of my diet was vegan. I finally cut the cord and I have to say I'm surprised how much I don't miss it. Makes me wonder why I didn't do it sooner. Now I can't stand the smell of dairy and I get pretty grossed out when I see people eating pizza with big strings of cheese coming out of their mouths.
To me, that's just not normal anymore!
