Default Amy's frozen foods diet? Anyone doing it?

Have any of you done the Amy's frozen foods diet from their website? I am seriously considering trying it out to jumpstart me during the next VERY busy few weeks. I have 40 Amy's coupons so that is inspiring me a bit.

I've tried several and not liked any Amy's frozen dinners that I've tried. But others love them. I would try a few before building your plan on them.

I love the enchilada meals, but haven't been thrilled about some of the others. Some of her soups are good, but I've had a couple that were too bland.

But, I just looked at the diet plan on their site and it looks very doable. I like that they include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, but there's very little cooking involved. It looks quick, easy, and convenient.

I agree with Julie about trying them out first. Put those coupons to use

I really like the non-dairy pot pies. I try not to eat too much packaged convenience foods (for cost and nutrition reasons) but if you're going to do that Amy's is probably not a bad way to go.

I did it for two weeks and I loved it. However, I had to quit because it was just too expensive for me.

I like some of the frozen foods but really love the soups. I find that the taste of Amy products is great and the fact that their organic is even better but the best part is the convenience. When I'm working, the soups are a life saver.

I'd check out the sodium content first before I bought any of them.

I haven't tried Amy's yet, but it seems as if they almost NEVER go on sale! But that pesto tortillini looks good.

the pesto tortellini is awesome! we have a store called grocery outlet where i can get her soups and frozen entrees for $1.99 or $2.99, sometimes up to $3.50. do you have a store like that around there? i like the enchiladas, too. the indian dishes aren't very good and the soups are bland (as said above).

I've been eating them for lunch and they are expensive, but many are gluten-free. I get tired of eating salad every day, so I go for these as a 'fast' lunch option. I haven't noticed any weight loss or gain, but at least my tummy is happy.

I found that at first, three years ago, they tasted icky. I didn't like them at all. After going away from gluten due to celiac disease, I started eating more whole foods, less processed foods and all that junk. Now I love the Amy's meals. They taste awesome to me.

Where did you get the coupons?

I love Amy's frozen meals if I'm in a hurry. The enchilada w/beans'n'rice is good, the mac'n'cheese, pesto tortellini, the cheese pizza pocket, the cream of Rice cereal - actually, I like them all and they are quick and easy. You can feel fairly good about the ingredients, too. I don't care for the soups, I've spoiled myself as I make myself fresh vegetable soups and can't touch canned anymore. My kids like the veggie meatloaf frozen meal.

I have tried a few and some are good- what I find is you have to be careful of the servings- some of the packages have 2 servings in them!

My Amy's favs are: veggie loaf meal, enchilada w/rice and beans, amy's split pea soup, and the rice and beans burrito.
