I have searched the forums and i cant seem to find a specific forum or sub forum for Low-fat Diets have i lost the plot and missed it completly or is there not a low-fat section as i would like to get reciepes and stuff.

Any help would be great

On the main page under food are low fat recipes.

Teresa, most of us are doing low fat (one way or another) because bad fats are the obvious thing to first cut out when trying to shift the lard - but I don't think there is a specific section for low fat.

The recipes on the UK chicks list of threads are mainly low fat as are the main website recipes section mentioned by Fitbyforty.

Why not put your recipes on the UK recipe thread. I know I'm always looking for new low fat recipes to try out. :) :) :) :)

Thanks girls for the info. I have got any reciepes at the mo but when i do i will stick them on here.
