Talking Thanks U.K chicks!

I just wanted to thank those of you that recommended the Australian Women's Weekly cookbooks to me. I had seen them years ago but couldn't find them again here until recently.

Last week I bought a vegetarian cookbook from the series and it's terrific! I made the vegetable biriyani rice recipe and it was a big hit.

I even recommended the series to someone else on this site.

I may have to hit you all up for some translations for certain ingredients I've never heard of -

Thanks again for the help!

Mauvaisroux, you'll have to remember that a courgette is just a zucchini and that aubergine is eggplant!

We will do our best! You can also help us if we need a American/Canadian to UK explanation!

I love those recipe books too! They sell them on Amazon but I usually have found them in book shops near me.
