Default Spare Skin

Hey guys,

I've been steadily losing now for a couple of months and am begining to get some lose skin folds, where the weight has gone from and there's nothing underneath. I remember reading a thread somewhere with advice about how to reduce it, but I can't see it anywhere. Could you either point me in the right direction or give me some tips. I'm exercising each day on a exercise bike and also toning up with some weights.
