Default June weigh in

Half pound on. I cannot blame the French guy as he has not been tempting me with goodies. I have been at a party and drank wine and had some lager as well -also been a bit of a crisp fiend!

Am loving the Ryvita mini bites in sweet chili - only 5 syns or a healthy B in Slimming World.

We meant to be tasting them next week... that is if I can get past the one million people in my new SW group. I'll send my sister.

Well they are not bad. I f you loathe ryvita - you still won't like these- but if you are desperate for a snack - to stop you hoovering down the crisps....

Our lady handed them out at the end I felt guilty for not staying but I was starving so went ot have a mocho coffee and spinach pancake in our lovely Lebanese cafe! Yum!

OH my god. I have put ON 2 and a half pound this week. To say I am upset is a slight understatement! I lived off of salad. I hate eating hot food in hot weather.

I have a gammy leg, so a friend reminded me i've been quite immobile this week.
From next week, I am started walking with 2 friends out on the moors first thing in the morning. I HAVE to do this, it's obvious i've reached the point where I need exercise.

Annoyed.

Don't be upset you've still done really well overall. I know comments like that don't help when you're annoyed but I'm saying it anyway!

Ok I have been good and followed what I should be doing on the Gi diet and nothing has happened.
So time to see what I need to do to alter that and lose weight.
Yes I eat three meals a day
I go for walks and exercise.
I am going for more salads from now on and will not allow hubby to persuade me that its ok to have that fat loaded treat.

Poor Homersmummy! Sometimes that is just the way it happens. Of course it might depend on your salads! No mayo or salad cream or things like that eh??!

I thnk your freind is right if you have been immobile that may be it.

Better luck next week!

I had Salad cream, but allowed amount for 2 lots of syns. I kept the cherry tomatoes whole so they were juicy and I had pineapple cottage cheese so it wasn't dry.
So I've not been bad!
Boohissboo!

My Race for Life tomorrow, hopefully with doing that, i'll lose this week.
