you've got the ball moving and your ready to loose them pounds. fantastic. that was the hardest part for me as im lazy. i just want to sit around and watch friends and eat eat eat.
now i work out at least four times a week and follow weight watchers plan. which for me is good.
i am not yet ready and ont be for a while to exercise in public so i do a bit tae bo at home. and go on my stepper.
the doctors in plymouth are stoopid you are not beyond help for goodness sake. because you are doing that now, by realising and acting on it yourself and stepping foot in the meeting room, so well done you and doctors.
