Right girls I'm back on the bandwagon. After listening to really loud music it got me into a good motivational mood. I have just done 40 mins on my elliptical runner and my legs feel like jelly.......BUT ITS GOOD!

I had such a relief at the start of the week though. My dad bought me some scales for xmas and after getting back to the house and opening them, weighed myself.......thats strange....238lb. Went back to my dads and used his.....same...238lbs....OOOOH I'm liking the sound of this.
Just to fill you in, I had been using my friends scales and they are obviously way way way out as they were showing me at 289lb!!

Well Its given me a bigger head start than what i thought!!!

I shall be healthy and slim.....2006 THE YEAR OF CHANGE!!!

What a boost to start the year with... fantastic. If only I could get a pair of scales that did that!! Oh well, I shall just have to make do with a healthy diet and exercise. I have just been playing on the kiddies new eye-toy game - wow, that's better than any work out I've ever done! Muscles are still in recovery.
