Default hello luvs

Hi all,
I'm new on here but not new to the whole dieting or message board seen. i used to post quote regularly on the weightwatchers site also im a member of a fan site that used to be dedicated to Blue ( boyband that broke up this year blub blub!)
I'm aiming to lose a stone by the end of the year if i can get off my but and go to the gym tonight. I wil get there iI have to. I'm weighing up wether to just do cardio or go to a class, also wether doing cardio after the class would be really bad for me. Just aasked my dad if he would come with me and he said next week hehehe i will hold him to that.
well as u can see from the tracker i weigh just over 18 stone and at only 5' 2" thats a **** of a lot of weight to be carrying. According to those dreaded charts i should weigh around 8 stone but im aimning for 10 first. My brother thinks i will just be too tiny if i got that small but i would love to be a size 10 and for my boobs to get smaller a C cup would be nice ; im a G at the mo

well not sure wot else to say
hope to get to know u all a lot better and be able to support u as u support me in our weightloss

thanx for the welcome girlies

im happily get into my new exercise lifestyle and have exercised 4 times this week and will be going again tomorrow i want to make it a habit before the new year comes around ... just need to to get to grips with my eating habits tooo!
