Hello everybody - My names Belinda and I've just registered. This is the first time I've been on this site and it looks really good. I am trying to lose a lot of weight and the fact that there is a site like this on the Net really helps me. I'm 22 years old an am hoping to lose about 5 stone - any suggestions?

Yes best thing, find an exercise you love and would cry if you missed a class/session. Personally I can't miss a kickboxing lesson without moping about all evening!
Cut out most (if not all) junk food, eg MacD, BK, KFC and try to make one healthy change at a time! You'll get there, it takes patience and persistance and if you screw up one day, do it better the next day! There's plenty of time!
Hi Belinda im sort of new started in october this year im 28 so supposedly older and wiser. yeh right but never give up it can be done! At the moment i am not measuring my weight iam just going by my clothes if they fit better or are loser than the last time i wore them( my weight is roughly about 17 stone and i am only 5 feet 4 inches tall so you can see why i am not weighing my self at the minute) any good luck and keep posting
