thought was starting back at Unislim (gi plan) class tonite but cannot go now so I am just going to track my weight here along you guys so am looking some buddies.
Basically im in my middle 20's and weigh approx 14 1/2 stone- when I get motivated am quite good and can lose weight quickly as i am a junk food eater.
Basically need to lose weight again as 1) need to loose at least 1 of my chins for family celebration in a few weeks -i.e loads of photos and 2) am starting to try for a baby and 3) if i dont start now by the spring i will be 18 stone.
Hello! I've done 14 and a half stone and 18 stone, and I know which direction I'd rather be heading in - good on you for making the move to do something about it before it gets to that stage!
