That is absolutely incredible!!!! Congratulations!!! How I wish I could lose so much in such a short time!!
Was it difficult to follow? Though I suppose, once you see the figures going down so quickly it is easier to follow!
Have to look it up on the net. I know they do them in France which is a little nearer for me for P&P. I find that though prices are usually quite reasonale in the States, the cost of sending is very high.

Its been suprisiongly easy to follow actually...Once I got past three days I was fine and have not cheated at all...As you say the numbers are so amazing its worth it...

Melissa, just caught up with this thread, and want to add my congratulations - , you're doing so well!

I certainly couldn't do what you're doing, so I take off my hat to you. You've lost half as much weight as I have and I've been doing this for 27 weeks!

Thanks I am super pleased!! I decided to have a day off the diet which turned into 3!!! But, still managed to lose 3 1/2 pounds....Yipppeeeee
