I've had to admit defeat for the last couple fo days. I'm finding leaving my current job a bit more upsetting than I thought!

Hopefully on Thursday afternoon me and my new haircut will toddle off to the new place and start feeling in control again!!!

So expect to see me back and thinning on Friday!!!

By the way "fondant mouse"?????? I shudder to think!!!!

Today -

Breakfast - kashi and muller light

Lunch - organic three bean chilli, raspberries and muller light (do you see a pattern developing with my breakfast and lunch yet. I have no imagination...)

Snacks - papaya chunks

Dinner - Sweet potato wedges, beetroot and grilled halloumi. Almost exactly the same as last night... That's what comes of buying random veg and realising you have no imagination...

Exercise - 5k on the treadmill (2.5k running, 2.5k level 20 hills) plus 2.5 miles walking between the garage and work (but not home because they fixed the car in time )

I can understand 2 frus and her thorntons fondant pig but halloumi that's not sold in thorntons I don't think.

Ok I googled Delia says

Quote:
Halloumi
Not the most exciting cheese to nibble, but one that cooks very well and absorbs other flavours. It is good fried and served with a sauce or transformed into kebabs to put on the barbecue for the vegetarians, who often miss out on such occasions.

Erm, Halloumi is cheese... It was a treat, honest

Today:

Breakfast - kashi and muller light

Lunch - organic three bean chilli, raspberries and muller light (I don't know why I bother typing those two meals in every day)

Snacks - 2 packs of grapes from Boots

Dinner - sweet potato wedges and cheese and spring onion burgers (made with chickpeas, potato, cheese and spring onion I think) with salsa.

Oh, and 5 white chocolate maltesers, but that was very restrained considering the size of the bag that was waved in front of me

Exercise - 5k run, 1.5k hills to cool down, a bit of upper body weights and a bit of exercise ball.

Had to let ya'll know in case I'm not the only one that has never tried these.... The other day I made the muffins with the angel food cake and pineapples which my sister loved but I wasn't too impressed with so... today I made them with canned blueberries instead and WOW, they are delicious! Cannot believe they are only 87 calories and no fat! Only 2 pts per muffin! Trying to talk myself out of eating another one! Does anyone know if these freeze well?
