Default My Website
I just wanna let you know of my new website! Did not take so long to set up, and just gives me something to focus on as well as 3FC to keep my mind off food! lol

I have set up a new blog where I will write something several times a week. I love writing diarys, something I have done for years online, but thought I would keep a seperate one for my weight loss!

Yeah, Alison, it's looking really good! I hope it helps to keep you motivated - I've found that writing a blog has really helped me to sort things through in my mind - I think at least 50% of this weight-loss lark is mental not physical. At least, it's driving ME mental!!

I keep two blogs now... this is my everyday blog

which gets updated most of the time, but the new blog via the website is just a weight related one.... I'll see how that one pans out and if I have the time to keep two on the go... if not I'll just make the one above the main one!
