Default Michelle McManus

In Heat this week said her highest weight was 21st 12 at 5ft 2 (when she won pop idol she said then she was 17 stone) and she was a size 26 (hmm). I wish I'd been size 26 at 20st 4 and 5ft 4 I was more like size 32. But yes we are all different shapes and some of us like to live baggy.

She has lost 5 stone so far I like reading her story it's all doritos and booze. It's MY story.

I saw a picture of her captioned as 18 stone. If that was 18 it was nothing like me when I was 18 stone. (Speaking of which, I'm now about 1/4 pound under 16 stone for the first time in ages. 15 something!!!)

I saw on the front of Closer or some other dirty rag that she'd been voted "worst beach body" what a flippin cheek! After she's lost 5 stone!

POP Idol winner Michelle McManus stretches an old skirt to show how much weight she's lost and vows: 'I'll never get that big again.' The Scots singer lost 5st for Dr Gillian McKeith's diet programme You Are What You Eat.
That's what I said last year!

I was reading it today. How come though she was nearly 22 stone and has lost "over 5" which I make it would put her somewhere round 16 1/2. she is 5 foot 2 and claims to be wearing size 18, I'm 16 stone, 5 foot 9 and am only just wearing size 18???

The bit in the article that I recognised was when she said that she wasn't worried about her weight and it didn't make her unhappy which is why she let it get so high without realising the problem. That's me. I've always been fat and I've never been hung up about my weight. Then one day it just hit me, I joined the gym and it's been downhill all the way.

Yeah!! Reveal it's on my desk! Such a stupid magazine, just filled with people who are either "too skinny" or "too fat" tut.

I did like the Michelle 'you are what you eat' on Wednesday she has done so well. I did see myself in the 'cutting down cals in the week then drinking loads at the weekend' behaviour.
