Default Im in! What do we do?!?

I need that last 10 pounds to go!! I feel that thinking about how I really have 30 pounds to lose is in itself zaps my motivation. So now, I will simply just think in small incrimints. Like 10 pounds..I'm all for it..When do we start?! And what should the end date be? Im thinking maybe July 1st.

My current activities are:
Rugby 3x's week
Walking 1 hour 2x's week
Weights 2x's week

Eating: AWFUL!! Too much chocolate and bread. Portion control is not good either!!

Our Graduation Date is Wednesday July 13th - cos that is when 2frus really does graduate, from what I neglected to ask!

So, Frus what do you graduate in and from where?

As for me, it's 8 weeks from this Wednesday, so I pledge my sorority sisters and astounding 8lbs. Meaning I should be at 185lbs, or 13st 3lbs - with a side bet on me cracking the 13's!!!!!

I have my horse pill - it's tiny and yellow - and I now seem to have 15 syllable anemias - pernicious and megablastic!! So if the injections and pills together make a differnce I should be back at the exercise in the next couple of weeks, I might even start teaching Boxercise if I stay awake long enough!

So a swift kick up the jacksy for me....

I'll go for the 12th July as my deadline because that's the 1st anniversary of the day I joined the gym. However, if I hit target on the 13th it will count I'm not going to be too optimistic though, as I have 2 (count 'em!) holidays between now and then, one in Greece and then ten days staying with my parents in Spain, plus two weeks where family are staying with me and causing havoc with my eating and gym going. So I think I'll aim for 8 pounds over what's going to be a very challenging period!

Wooohooo! Just a week to go till the end of Uni!

Right, I am graduating from Brunel University, Hopefully with a BSc in Industrial Design Engineering!

I am aiming to lose a whole stone yes that's right, 14lbs! I weighed in at a miserable 12st 4lbs this morning (I think at least 3lbs is "water weight") so I'm aiming to be 11st 4lbs!

See the tickers.......?

Default Frus' Grad challenge

Ok FCUKer's... here goes... the next challenge. I lost six this past one, not my ten I aimed for... but another try is upon us, and even though I'll have a fridge full of cadbury's this time tomorrow night, I feel strong and positive that WE can do this...

Roll on Frus' Grad party

Ok, so right, we've got some recruits, now what do we DO?!

This is what I think (and add to it):

Provide constant support, every day

Show our stats, our activities for the day

REPORT ALL SLIP-UPS!! This is so important, as I sometimes catch myself NOT recording things Ive done or ate

Encouragement on all levels!!

Post our before/after shots?! (maybe!)

Goals of the week?

Be eachothers' 'diaries' so we can share in this experience together!
