100 sit ups and 50 pressups....although my son informed me they were not "proper" press ups, i have to go on my knees or theres no way i get back up, hes such a mini man, wish id done them earlier in the night before he came back in, but done they were
kids are worse frus, they have no reservations about hee chaaa ing

Teaching arms tonight - lots of resistance band work, perhpas some partner ball work and then some nasty push up stuff!!

I'll let you know how much I do - but I am kind of reminding myself that I need to do more and shout less!!!

do more scream more works for me
i seem to get louder the more i do ......then when im finished i spend the next hour or so moaning about hard it was and how much it hurt and how i hate it

I've been kickboxing AGAIN! It was mega hard work cos I was tired from yesterday... and being forced to play scrabble at 11pm! MEN! S*x would have been quicker!

I had to go and work MEGA hard cos I've had 3 cookies, crisps, maltesers and chocolate fingers I am under 2000 cals though so I'm not feeling too sorry for myself!

I had a chocolate chip biscuit today, the girl who is leaving work bought them, so it would have been rude not too!!! I went to the gym for an hour tonight. I am doing a different job at the moment, training new people, and it's so stressful!!! I needed the gym to sort my there remaining brain cells out. Hot instructor wasn't there But plenty of other eye candy

last night, 100 sit ups, 50 press up(kinda things) and 100 leg lifts while lying on floor on side(not sure what there called) then 100 arm rotations
now ive not gone all fitness mad, i did all this while watching welcome to fatland and realised i dont want to go back to being like that, although i still think of myself as being that size, and still cover myself up as much as possible
going to the gym today too........at some point, DH is coming along to, so i have to wear blinkers so not to get caught staring at anyone!!

did the sit ups and the push ups and some other stretchy muscle working things, using my wee ones roller skates as weights.............im getting resourceful
working the next 3 days 8am-8pm so i will be knackered not sure how the exercise will go.......fingers crossed

tell me about it, its an awfy daunting thought, but id rather do my 33 hours in 3 days than have to go in almost everyday to make them up, if that makes sense, wont be too bad today the nurse im working under is ok, he pulls his weight
anyways it keeps me fit honestly though im on my feet for about 10 of those 12 hours no wonder the poor things throb

Hi folks ,

I've just come home after an hour long walk in the beautiful Norfolk sunshine - it put a spring in my step and made me feel glad to be alive .

For the past two nights I've been doing the advanced taebo workout - 55 minutes of sheer gruelling slog , so to get out in the fresh air and actually enjoy some exercise made a nice change.

Keep on keeping on, everyone!
