Go Veggie,

Like Cathy said you used to get them big losses out from under your belt, so you know you can do it!

I'm banking on this being true (I've been watching Celebrity Fit Camp) and I am REALLY going for it, cos I need the kickstart to get going again!

So come on us - Easter has an egg with our names on it, and this year I, for one, am going to be happy to eat it!!!!!

Lets see 3 weeks: 10lbs = 3.3lbs per week

OK I can do that!

Cathy, you can borrow mine if you like. They seem to have miraculously 'lost' another 1 for me - I love my scales today

I've just worked out the kcals in our average Sunday Dinner, including the red wine - I might have 2 glasses!!

Roast Chicken, mixed roast veg, roast potato and wine, one of a range of less than 150 kcal fresh fruit puddings all for 550 kcals

That leaves me 50kcals to spare for the meal, perhaps a small square of dark chocolate, or an Options Hot Choc for supper!!!

If I can just get breakfast back in then I am sure I can get this thing going again!!

Give 'em to me, Give 'em to me WELL DONE STEF

Got on mine this morning and i'm 164.5lbs again so its official i've only gained 1/2lb Pheww! I guess they just do that on Fridays to me off on weigh day maybe I should change the day and really them up!

I'm having a blow out today 4 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages, 1 egg and 2 sls wholewheat bread for brekky that will hold me until tea time then i'm having 3 breaded chicken strips with baked in the oven chips and 3 bottles of Stella for a grand total of 1325 cals (but 45gms fat ) its not so bad if I can stay away from the big bar of Caramel and the Curly Wurlies that I have left I ate a ton last night so I really should abstain today

OK girls

I just been calculating and I am closer to my goal than I thought. I doing my weight watchers weigh-in in Kilos and converting, but I put my goal 119lb in as first thing in a morning naked. I went wrong becuse my scales broke, so I was estimating my morning weight. I still don't know exactly but I think I'm about 125-126lbs and not 127lbs.
If I work on the probablility of clothes+shoes weighing 4lbs does this sound about right???? How much do clothes actually weigh?? CW(at WW) 58.9kg (129.5 lbs).

This gives me 3.5lbs to lose before Easter. Which also ties in with my 'WW' gold star. So I'm going to aim for that. Although just looked at my weight loss since Christmas and am currently averaging 1/2lb a week.

Who says you have to have a lot to loose to be part of a longhaul. Still at least it not going up.

Would be happy for a next target of Mayday I'm not giving up. Hoping to have lost when I have next WW on Thursday.

Or is that too far away...?

We could let Frus wear the bikini and the rest of us can stick with the "uniform" ( leggings and baggy t-shirt)

I did'nt stick to plan yesterday I grazed all day!!! not totted up calories yet but i'm near 3000!!!! and I blitzed the chocolate so i've only got one curly wurly left then i'm on the wine gums and light candies that I bought over here they are just not the same I'm peddaling away here and my bike keeps making a clacking noise like the chain is loose oops just spotted it there is a big washer thats come off and is rattling around my peddle aaah, piece at last now i've got oil all over my hands and keyboard
