Default January Exercise!

Ok so it's a bit late..... but I thought we needed some exercise motivation!

1st exercise of the year - kickboxing class 11/01/05!!

I'm really missing it, I really enjoyed myself, so today I have promised myself that I will do my New york city ballet workout!

Then kickboxing again on Tue! I'm getting new pads and gloves, so I will look like a proper pro!

OK! I'm in cos I need to get myself motivated.

I need to get into the gym more, do some work at home and get some classes worked out!

Gym
Mon am: Before work to practice kicks for March 13th re-cert
Tues pm: before teaching class get 30 mins on treadmill in
Weds am: Before work: practice kicks and start working on Boxercise class
Thurs am: Before work: swim
Fri pm: Before class get 30 mins on treadmill in

home
Mon pm: Mat work 30 mins
Tues am: skipping 10 mins
Weds pm: ball work 30 mins
Thurs pm: Band work
Fri am: skipping 10 mins

work
Mon pm: 20 mins teaching Boxercise basics
Tues pm: Teach Body Cond class (get ready for Boxercise to follow)
Weds: nothing yet
Thurs am: go to new yoga
Fri pm: teach circuits

Looks busy doesn't it? If I can do this for the next 8 weeks I will have achieved a number of personal goals:

1) I might actually have lost some weight - below 14 stone for the first time ever
2) I will definitely be fitter - or in bed permanently
3) I might pass my Kickboxing certificate this time!
4) I will be fit enough to teach some cardio classes again - first time in 3 years or more!
5) I might look more like an instructor and less like my class members (often a good thing if you can manage it)

So here I go, fingers crossed!!

Yesterday did New York City Ballet Workout, then was watching the bits at the end about the dancers and doing some stretches and thinking, "I'm not really tired", so I did my Hotpants Workout video!!

I still didn't feel like I did any work!! I'll have to get the tae bo vid out!!

Have done 70% of what I wrote up this week!

Yoga was great - spent most of the time watching one of my clients struggle with the instructions and manage to do the class wonderfully! Her success left me feeling better than my own attempt did!

Skipping has been my downfall. Got a better bra coming, wil try again next week!

Keep wriggling! Read you next week!

Walked about 2 or 3 miles yesterday, then did about 45 mins of various workout DVDs. I'm not really sure about my new ones... maybe they just take some getting used to!

Have fished the old tae-bo vid out this morning and done it. Surprised myself too, it was easier than I thought it would be.

Shortly I shall go outside and rake up bush droppings my #1 kid forgot to pick up yesterday when he trimmed the bushes out front, and then curves later on with Hannah.... I feel great for doing the Tae-bo.... need to do it more often me thinks
