Well tonight when i got home from work i took the dogs out for a walk for about 15/20 minutes and then we brought them home and i went back out and went running only about 10/15 mins worth but that was enough to get my heart racing and make me feel good! im hoping to build that up as time goes by!!

I was a little nervous that one of the kids playing in the street would shout some rude coment about the fat woman running...but no one did and i did think i was going to die and had a good puff on my inhaler when i got back but it made me feel good!!

Just been running tonight too...am enjoying it but it does hurt my chest but hey...it makes me feel good once i can breath again
