Only the deranged and deluded think that matey! You have joined a very sad club with my Dad as president. The "it's alright as long as it is synthetic and full f E numbers" club. I don't like real strawberries (now raspberries and logonberries are the berries of choice) but the synthetic taste in yogurts, ugh!

Unfortunately the yogs I like are the real creamy ones like the Sainsbury creamy Bramley apple one and the Gooseberry one.

As long as they are low fat ones (she said piously) oh! and veggie friendly. I tis a bit weird that the non veggie ones are cheese flavoured (cos of the rennet) isn't it? My faves are roast chicken actually and are not low fat!!!

Well congrats Val!

Are there no groups at all in Ireland?

That might mean there is no magazine either as I was going to suggest that you get that as you can get the books from them.

I like strwaberry yoghurt but my faves are muller light chocolate or mandarin (ooh, just had a thought - they might be nice mixed together - lol). I also like Sveltesse lemon cheesecake although have not had it since starting SW so don't know the syns.

I just had the Count on Us chips that somebody mentioned, they were yummy. I have been to SW tonight (put on 3lb - lol - but have been away twice and only home a cuople of days in the last 2 weeks and so have eaten loads and not exercised). Will get back on track now though. The chips were great as I just rang hubby and asked him to put them in the oven. Had them with mushy peas and wholemeal bread.

I just bought the little book of syns too and was pleasantly surprised at some of the things in there.

I am going to be really good today. I am determined to at least lose the 3lb that I have put on over the last couple of weeks before next Monday.

Veggie: You are a sick deluded woman!

Carol & Linus: I used to love anythig black cherry but too often the taste is really synthetic - especially in the low fat ones -they are really thin and plasticky tasting!

I agree the oven chips are really good. IMy friend from SW emailed me to say the new leqader is giving up so I don't think I will go back now. Anyway I have the books I need.
