I also eat keto but I think that's probably a fairly expensive meal to feed a family with on a nightly basis. I have 2 small kids and cheap is the way forward Ok, so OP is WW not keto in which case I suggest:
1. The classic tuna pasta bake - tin or 2 of tuna mixed with a tin of chopped tomatoes, some cheap veg (I suggest picking from Aldi's super 6), dried herbs then mix with cooked pasts shapes and bake - cheese topping optional
2. Risotto - you can save a fortune on risotto by using pudding rice instead of risotto rice (yep, it's practically the same thing only a quarter of the price, no it's not sweet at all). Throw in a splash of white wine if you're feeling flush, plenty of veg and you're good. There's some great recipes online that you can remove the oil or butter from
3. Slow cooker beef in ale - braising steak is pretty lean and dirt cheap. Cook it with a few mushrooms and onions in a bottle of ale and serve with mash. You can also avoid fat in mash here if you want
4. Shepherd's/Cottage Pie - another classic with a very cheap cut of meat
