I was wondering if anyone knows of any London-based affordable nutritionists? I am really getting myself into a bad way with my weight and I think I need help with a meal plan that is doable with my work pattern (I have a changing shift pattern) and could do with the added support.
Everyone I look at seems to cost in the region of £80 which is out of my budget so I would really appreciate anyone's suggestions if you have any!
Sorry, can't help with suggesting a nutritionist, but have you tried the NHS 12-week plan? It actually looks super helpful and I'm sure you could adapt some of the snacks or meals to suit your specific work patterns etc.
