Holy cow!!

First weigh in and I'm 5.5lb down.. into the 16stone bracket (that was my dream for the week) and 1.5lb away from my first 7lb sticker

Was lovely and friendly too, a lady from last week spoke to me in the queue and we had a good natter. she's 3 stone down and her friend also has lost 3 stone. Also met someone I was in college with so that was nice to catch up. (I was a mature student as she is, so we had children in school together).

So... head still in the game, I met my first goal to leave 17st range, and have had a good meal tonight on plan. No messing around.

Hope everyone weighing gets on well and you have had a good day.

Snacks- 2nd alpen bar hexb, curly wurly (6), half a melon, 3 rich tea biscuits (3) and 10 mikado sticks (5)
I drink lots of water too
